The Esplanade Marina Front Condominiums

While none of the units at The Esplanade are right on the marina, the ground floor units walk out about 100 feet to the water, and you can use one of the many docks, which are available on a first come first serve basis to the residents. Many of The Esplanade condominiums have great marina views, and the building has nice amenities such as tennis courts, a huge pool, and security guards that seem to be at every turn. The meeting room was remodeled in 2007, so it's looking great.

One drawback of living in one of the condos at The Esplanade is that it can be a long walk from your car to your unit. The Esplanade's condos tend to be about 1000sqft, two bedroom units with great views of the marina and from the higher floors, the ocean. While The Esplanade doesn't provide true marina front living, you can see the marina, and you can also have a dock, so it's a great alternative to the higher price of having a private dock on your own home, as you would at the Peninsula or on Kuapa Isle.
